SALES AGREEMENT-SALES DECLARATION
It is the intent of the parties that title to the goods to which this agreement relates shall not pass on the execution of this agreement, but title shall pass on delivery of the goods by seller to [Designated carrier] at [Address of Carrier], [City of Carrier], [State of Carrier]. The goods shall be properly packaged and marked for shipment, and all terms of this agreement with respect to freight and insurance shall be satisfied.
This is a UCC-buying and selling form.
